Orders to the rest of the world can take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

Local orders of more than one item will have free shipping.Single item orders (non rural) will be charged $4.90 for shipping. Rural addresses will be charged $7.90.

Sometimes it is difficult to capture the true colour of the item in a photograph. We will do our best to describe any obvious fading etc but please consider that the true colour of the item may slightly differ from what may be perceived via the photos. That is, items may be less/ more vibrant than expected. Please contact us on Instagram or via email if you have any queries about an item, we will do our best to help!
Please keep in mind that all items are not brand new. Any noticeable/ mentionable imperfections will be described and/or photographed to highlight flaws. A score out of 10 is provided to gauge the overall condition of the item- again, anything mentionable will be described in the comments (eg. stains/ marks, holes/rips, logo cracking, piling).

Each size is an estimation, based on modern sizing measures. This means that, the size we provide may not be consistent with the size displayed on the tag of the item. This is because vintage sizing can be very different to the sizing measures we are familiar with today.
We keep in mind that the desired fit for sweatshirts is on the baggier side. Therefore, our sizing reflects what size the item is 'best fit' for.
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns for items that are not described accurately. If the description of a products is incongruent with the product that is received- we offer a 100% refund.
This includes inaccurate description of; condition, sizing and colour. To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned within 5 working days and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For return requests, please email email@example.com, or contact us on Instagram. Please include your order number, name and the reason for the return request.
- If eligible, we will provide the customer with instructions regarding where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
We cannot refund items if you have simply changed your mind. Feel free to resell your item on a resell platform such as TradeMe, Depop or Facebook Marketplace. Our prices are competitive, so this is a good way to get your money back and demonstrate sustainable fashion practises.
